System Overflow Exception Studio 2019

Question

Hi everyone, 
 
 I never received this error until the last week when I got two pptx files and one docx file as part of a package from my customer. All went well until I opened the related file, the pptx were impossible to treat at all - after opening, it started to show error messages noting that several fonts where impossible to use. The docx was possible to open and treat but when I got to one particular segment, the program showed the system overflow message several times. It could be worked around only by clicking escape and promptly hitting ctrl+end to jump to the end of the file which allowed me "jumping over" the dubious segment. Any idea?

As discussed, brief details of what was done follow: 
 
My son checked all the error messages and then 
 
- uninstalled all the previous versions of Microsoft Visual C++ as retained in my desktop 
- found out that Arial Narrow Font was not installed correctly on my PC, and even found out that the font was no longer supported under Windows 
- uninstalled Arial Narrow from the system 
- re-installed Studio which restored the installation of the most recent C++ (including any previous versions) 
 
The issue disappeared, no error messages.

Hello Lubomir Moudry , 
 As you have already identified, the issue is possibly due to certain fonts not being recognised. 
 Are you able to open the files outside of Studio?- (simply copy the package, rename and save as a .zip file and then extract the contents). 
 If you could post the full error stack,- this may also help identify where the problem is coming from.
