Opening the project with subfolders?

Hi All,

I've got the project package which contains 1 subfolder(6 files in this subfolder).

When I open the package, I saw the subfolder and the files, so I chose 'include all subfolders' and designated the folder location.

And when the project opened, there is no subfolder or file.

I saw the files in the designated folder, but not in the Trados panel.

Could you help me to open the project?

    Hi 

    You probably know this but in case not, here is where you select between views (Welcome, Projects, Files etc.):

    The Projects view will not show the subfolder, just the names and progress details of any projects you currently have listed in Studio:

    (I've blanked the names for privacy reasons)

    The subfolder should be visible in the Files view, as here:

    If it is not, can you first be sure you have the Target files visible (under the word Files in the left hand pange, you see the Source or Target language shown and can select which you wish to view via the dropdown arrow to the right of the language name)

    Then, if the files are not visible in the middle pane under Name, double-click on the project folder in the left-hand pane, which I have highlighted above in yellow.

    If that does not reveal your files in a list under Name please take a screenshot of your Files view of this project (as above) and post it here as a reply.

    That might give us a better idea of what has happened.

    As I don't know which version of SDL Trados Studio you are using, I have included screenshots from the latest version.
