Why can I not download smartQuery Studio plugin, when I have Studio 2015 and 2017 version?

Hi,

 

 

I hope you can help with this technicall issue. Our translation company is using Studio 2015 and 2017 versions.

We tried downloading the plugin from your website (tried in Chrome and Explorer), but keep receiving the following notification. Hope you can help! 

Error message in Trados Studio plugin download page stating 'Download not available. You have logged in successfully, however the app is not available for you to download because you don't have a license for one of the supported products (SDL Trados Studio 2015 - 2021). Please contact the administrator of your company license and they will be able to download the app for you. Alternatively, contact SDL through your support account, or use the support forum in the SDL Community. For more information, please see the legal page Terms and Conditions.' with a 'Cancel' button at the bottom.
