Since the latest update, a couple of days ago (15/10/2018), my Studio 2017 freezes and later crashes at least 3 times a day.
If this was supposed to be a bug-fix, it achieved the opposite - the problems didn't occur before the update.
Any suggestions regarding a remedy?

As I have not previously heard of machines crashing after the update, I suspect this is a AntiVirus issue.
Please close all applications you have running, then disable your AntiVirus (you may need to Google how to do this for your provider).
Now ensure you are logged in to the computer as ADMIN, go to Windows Control Panel/Programs and Features, search for Studio 2019 and run a repair.
Once complete you can reactivate Studio and add Studio and Multiterm to your AntiVirus 'whitelist'.
