I am using version 4.3 (2019).

The file is confidential (*.properties) and would not want to share it here (see screenshot; segment 3-9 not translated using Batch Task "Pre-translate Files"; rest pre-translated; clicking on any untranslated segment triggers pre-translation in the Studio Editor; pre-translation kicks in again when there are placeholders in the segment (see segment 10 et seqq.)?):
