Hi,

For 5 days I launched the update of my Trados 2017 to Trados Studio 2017 SR1 but while it was working, I had to cancel it. I did and Studio just "disappeared.". I mean I've checked every where (I think) and I could not find Studio anymore, only Multiterm.

So I tried to uninstall everything I had from Trados to reinstall it. I've found some datas from Trados Studio 2017 SR1 that I could not erase. I've found some files in "ProgrammData/PackageCache"; now I managed to erase everything but I still have the same problem: whatever version (the first I had when I bought it last year or the last update) I try to install, I have an error message that tells me I had to make disappear the one of other version to be able install the version. But I cannot find any trace any more of Trados. So I'm totally lost and cannot use the software at all because there is not sing of it on my computer and I cannot reinstall it because the system means it is still on it...

Do know anyone where files could be hidden or maybe what I can do to be able to take advantage of my software?
