How to deactivate Trados 2019 trial mode for full activation?

Hello, 
 I have a question about Trados 2019 full activation from trial mode for network license. It says that you should first deactivate the trial mode to activate but I don't know how. 
 We purchased Trados 2019 network license and activated the license with SDL License Server Manager. However, even after Alternative Activation using the license server name, Trados Studio 2019 at the network license client PCs shows that the trial mode is still active. Could you tell me what's wrong about this?

It appears that the 'trail' license was a simple single user license (and not a network version). 
Therefore simply open SDL Studio 2019- go to the HELP tab and then Product Activation- now you have the option of deactivating the trial license and can choose the new activation method (single user or network).
