Saving reports

Question

Hi, 
 
 Whenever I generate a report and try to save it on my computer, Trados Studio 2017 crashes and I have to close it. 
 I usually select a project, double-click Reports in the bottom left, then press Save at the top. That's as far as I get. 
 Sometimes even selecting Reports causes Studio to crash. 
 
 Any suggested solutions?

You only need to click on Reports once (although that should not cause a problem if you do it twice). Can you tell me if you have the FixitPDF Creator installed on your computer as this has been known to cause problems when trying to use Reports in Studio?
