Trados 2019 Freezing or take minutes until working again

Hi

I have reported this problem already last year. When I confirm a field sometimes (not always) Trados takes minutes until I can proceed with my work. Even the task manager is blocked (in case I want to kill the program and restart). In some cases I have to restart Trados to continue work because it takes too long. 

What is now different:

1. Instead with Trados 2017 I work with Trados 2019

2. It is a new installation from scratch on a new hardware (new laptop with i7 8th generation, 16 Giga Ram, 2 SSD - M1-bar with software and windows installed and Samsung SSD for data, internet 50 MB fiber optic). So I do not think the hardware is the reason.

3. Software running: Windows 10, Trados 2019, Dragon, Firefox and Opera open

Any idea?

    No both are internal 256 GB M1-SSD (or M2 don't know - Thinkpad E480 Standard) with the software and Windows installed and 1 Tera Samsung SSD in SATA port with all data. Also with the last project I worked without TM.

    What I have found out now is always when Trados was blocked for a while or even longer after confirming a field there was a red triangle with a failure messages aside the related field showing a mistake - mostly something like double space etc.. So I suspect that the problem is with the spell checker or QA. But I have already deactivated the Windows spell checker and the QA checker without any result.

    Any idea?
