Question

Hello, 
 I just bought Trados 2019. Saving of the translation takes 2 minutes, automatically and manually. Is this normal? It's completely blocking me.

Two minutes does sound to be quite excessive. 
If the file size and type is what you would normally be working with- then I suspect that your AntiVirus is slowing down the process. 
Simply add SDL Studio (and MultiTerm) to your AntiVirus white list (you may need to google the process for your specific provider) then restart your PC. 
Is this now running as expected?
