Trados asks Update to 2019 however cannot update

 The error sounds like that certain components were unable to install properly- this can have a number of reasons. 
 First of all I would ensure that you are logged on as administrator then go to the following folder

And run each installer in turn. 
 Normally Studio should run and start properly now. 
 Its worth also remembering that your AntiVirus software may be preventing the proper install- so may need temporarily disabling whilst you complete the actions.
