An error has occurred whilst using the translation provider

Question

Hi Paul, 
 I have a problem with my client's TMs. They seem to get "corrupt". 
 I keep getting those error messages: 
 
 I have tried to fix them with the plugin you have suggested https://appstore.sdl.com/language/app/sdltm-repair/298/ 
 but it didn't work for the client's TMs. 
 Since I also got a message that these TMs needed to be upgraded, I tried to do it by clicking on "upgrade translation memory" 
 but I got this error message.

Are there any other solutions for this problem?

 Is it only a specific clients TM's that are becoming corrupt? Are you own TM's ok? 
 Would you be able to share the TM? (swhale@sdl.com) and we can take a look at this for you. 
 Please also let us know which version of Studio your client is using (and indeed your own).
