SDL Trados stops working at the third time I click to "add new term"

Question

Hi 
 I am encountering this problem it is being more than one week now. Every time I try to click "Quick add new term" for the third time it crashes and I need to use Task manager to close it. I have seen some similar questions (not necessarily with the add new term) but I did not figure out from the answers which action has solved the problem or what may causing it. 
 Does someone can help me with this issue?

First of all, you don't say which version of Studio you're using. If 2017, are you running the latest Cumulative Update of MultiTerm 2017, CU6? 
 
If so, firstly you may find that simply changing your termbase viewer layout in Studio from 'Default' to 'Flags' layout will prevent this problem. 
If that doesn't work, then try uninstalling Cumulative Update 6 of MultiTerm 2017 via Control Panel > Programs and Features > View Installed Updates. 
 
If not, which version of Studio & which version of MultiTerm are you using?
