The document cannot be processed since it contains unexpected contents - Trados 2019

Question

Hello, 
 I know this has been posted before, but even when I follow the instruction written in the previous posts, the problem remains. 
 I am using Trados 2019 and the document I am trying to translate is a very big word document with 150 000 words in .doc format.

Dod you try repairing the DOC file in Microsoft Word in case there is a problem with the file? Or perhaps try saving the DOC as a DOCX and processing that through Studio?
