Unable to open project

Question

Please can someone help me? Trados Studio now refuses to open any packages. Here is the error message: 
 
 Error processing command line arguments: Access to the path 'C:\Users\[my name]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\Content.IE5' is denied. 
 
 Any advice gratefully received.

I would suggest to do a reset of Trados. So rename this folder (just add _old at the end of it for example) and restart Studio: 
 
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14.0.0.0
