Translation Memory and Document Settings does not display screen allowing me to choose a translation memory

Question

When using Studio 2017, the Translation Memory and Document Settings screen allows me to select the source and target language, but goes no further. It does not display the screen where one usually selects an existing TM or adds a new one. Help!
