Hello. I tried to install SDL Trados 2019 on laptop after having deactivated license on my desktop. Installation failed: "Setup did not complete. Package 'Microsoft.NET Framework 4.7.1' could not be installed. Error number: 1906441222." Should I retry the installation? Thanks in advance. Caroline
Does your laptop run Windows 10? If yes, then make sure .NET Framework Advanced Services are installed (Open Control Panel > Programs > Turn Windows Features On or Off) first. (I think they are not installed by default).
