Hello,

I installed Studio 2019 on Windows 10 and am receiving the message "Key already exists, parameter name: key" every time I open Studio 2019 and previously tried to reset the Editor window layout and all the commands in the ribbon are greyed out. I tried resetting the window layout and have to close and open the files, before the commands in the ribbon become visible again. In addition, every single time I try to change the window layout in the Editor view, it simply does not work. The panes do not show up completely, only the headers and when I try to drag them to the predefined layout areas on the screen, the view does not change and they simply disappear. Sometimes, the predefined areas move around on the page while I try to drag a pane header.

So far, repaired and reinstalled Studio 2019 several times (I had set a restore point on Windows 10 prior to installing it and went back to that restore point and deleted the 15 plug-in folders prior to reinstalling), but I get the same results every time.

Any ideas?
