I have prepared a project with 2 TMs added as AnyTM (reversing the languages), then I have prepared a package (no error message).
The package simply does not include the memories.

I know this post is pretty old, but we are still experiencing the same problem: AnyTMs and their project TMs are not included in project packages and lead to error messages upon opening, becaude the information itself is included.
Can you check if there has been any progress in the logged bug you mentioned?

EDIT: Sorry, I should've said that we are working with Studio 2019 SR2 CU7 :-)
EDIT2: Sorry again: "Any project TMs" are included in the project package. It's just the "Master AnyTM" that's missing, even if the option "include Master TMs in project package" is ticked.
