HELP Install MultiTerm EXTRACT

Hello users,

I am having issues installing the app MultiTerm Extract.

I have MultiTerm Desktop 2015 SR2 installed, but when I finish the installation of the Extract 2015 SR2 app, I have this error.

Can someone help me? Thank you

Error message from SDL MultiTerm Extract 2015 setup stating 'Set-up did not complete. The error is: Set-up has detected a higher version of this product already installed. If you still wish to install this version, you must remove the other version first.' with an OK button.
