"access to access path is denied" for external review in SDL Studio 2017

Question

I am getting the following error: "access to access path is denied" when creating an external review file for the external review of En>Fr file in SDL Studio 2017. Can you please help me get around the problem?

I would first try the following. 
Close Studio then find the icon in Windows- right click and run as administrator. 
 
If this does not work, then reset the following folder- 
 
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14.0.0.0 (just add _old) then restart the machine and Studio. 
 
Has this now resolved the problem?
