What were you doing exactly when the problem arose? Which file type were you working on.

What happens if you rename the file and re-save this to your desktop and then open the file in Studio and immediately 'save target as'?

Are you able to do this- or does the same error appear?

Knowing which MS Office version/Operating System and which version of Studio are being used would also be helpful.
