Hi,

I've been using SDL Trados Studio 2017 for a little bit more than 1 month now, and almost every time I turn off my computer I get an error message that my MS Word application is still running. If I ignore it, when I turn on my computer again the next day I 'll have dozens of Word documents popping up, that all seem related to using SDL Trados (and maybe more specifically the preview feature?). Those documents have the .asd extension, so automatically saved documents. And each of them seem to include a single translated segment.

So I understand this sounds more like a MS Office problem, but my concerns are:

• Why would those multiple documents be created in the first place? And why aren't they visible before I turn off my computer?
• Does SDL Trados create new Word docs when using the preview feature? Or do I use the feature wrong maybe?
• How can I avoid creating numerous invisible Word documents when working with the preview feature in SDL Trados?
