Studio 2017 None of my keyboard shortcuts seem to work - closing/rebooting Studio doesnt work either

Question

I cannot even exit Studio. I tried logging in my account (maybe it wouldnt allow me to exit bc I wasn't logged in) but that didn't help either. Please help!!

Thanks Steven, actually I forgot to mention it, but I had also tried launching the Task Manager but weirdly enough Studio was not listed anywhere there either. So I really had no way to force a shutdown. I contacted the company IT person to request that he did the shutdown for me in my physical computer (the pb presented itself while working remotely, using VPN, from my home computer) and that solved all the issues with Studio. Thanks so much.

First of all can you tell me if shortcuts are working outside of Studio? for instance in Word? 
 
The first thing i would do if you cannot close Studio is go to the Windows Task Manager and force the Studio application to close. 
To get to the 'task manager' simply click CTRL+ALT+DEL- Select applications- then scroll down to Studio- force stop. 
 
Now reboot your machine and restart Studio.
