Recalling a couple of old threads about "Comments User_Name" in Editor view

Hi Paul and SDL developers, 
 here I'm recalling two old threads ( this one and this one ) and the Trados Studio proposed idea and This other proposed idea (I voted in favour of both of them) regarding the possibility to change the username attached to comments inserted in Editor view. 
 Apart solutions suggested in the two above mentioned threads, I wonder if there are any news, or if these ideas have not been developed because of considered unfeasible or not enough "popular".

Probably a combination of them both. I often wonder why we don't see more votes for the things people apparently want. We have thousands of users and if thousands voted it would sent the message, but if 18 and 15 are the only people interested then there are many other things that will find greater priority.
