Anyone encountered this problem before and remembers the solution?
I want to translate a Powerpoint (just 4 slides with some text) but Trados is refusing met save the document.
Please advise.

Are you able to open the file (single file translation) and then immediately save it with out performing any tasks/translations.
If not, then it may suggest that there is a problem with the source file.
As you have a valid support contract, maybe simply log a ticket via your SDL account and the support team can have a look at this for you.
