Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Question

Dear, 
 We're using SDL Trados Studio 2015 (R3). When trying to create an alignment project, we have to specify a Translation Memory. We choose "Server-based translation memory" and then the following message appears: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object". 
 But it sometimes works...
