Hi,

so my main project had never caused me any issue until last Friday. When I tried to open it, I got a message saying that "an error occurred whilst trying to identify the file", or something. I could never open my project, not even if I tried to open it from Windows Explorer.

So I tried to open just the translation file which I had created on the previous Wednesday and had worked on all Thursday. It opened, but it was empty. Like completely empty whereas on Thursday when I had opened it all the segments translated on Wednesday had been saved properly. I was in a state so I just let it be until this morning, thinking perhaps it was my server which had been slow last week and this week things would be back to normal.

But the project opening issue was still there. I tried to restore the latest version of the project, I retrieved the work done last Wednesday, but 90% of my work on my latest translation is gone. I translated a few segments again then saved and tried to reopen the file : it didn't save. I did get a warning that I would probably have trouble saving my work.

Honestly this is completely beyond me. I have no idea what's going on, all I know is that I have a full day's work on a technical file which hasn't saved at all and that I can't use Trados right now since it's not saving my work.

What should I do???
