Can tell you where can I find the srx file in Studio 15 and 17?
In the past, it used to be that SDL stored those in an XML file, which could be modified. I can't seem to find in the newer versions. Are those rules now "hard coded" into the app. Or are the segmentation rules definition still stored somewhere as an XML?
