Studio 2017 - Username and password change to smallcaps when trying to access server-based TM

Question

I am unable to access the client's server-based TM because Studio 2017 changes to smallcaps my access credentials, which are case sensitive. 
 Has anybody found a solution to this? Thanks.

Are you trying to connect through GroupShare, perhaps? In this case, please take a look at this link, where you will find a similar situation that may be related to your client's (older?) version of GroupShare:
