I believe this is maybe due to an update of your AntiVirus (AV) software that is over protecting your files and switching them to 'read only'. 
You will need to tweak the settings (add Studio and your files) to the AV 'white-list'. 
 
If you don't know how to to do this, simply google your AV provider and 'adding files and programs to white-list'. 
Then restart your machine and the problem should be resolved.

I'd try renistalling Studio with administrative rights. So right-click on the installer and select "run as admin", or even try just running Studio as admin in the same way. Perhaps your issue is just related to permissions.
