Hi!
We are trying to translate (in Studio 2017) a Word file filled with intelligent fields but Studio doesn't process them correctly. For instance: some text does not need to be translated which I have hidden, but still gets through in the sdlxliff.
Are there settings available for this in Studio?

I hope I am not oversimplifying and stating maybe something you have already looked at?
Under File>Options>File types>Common- there is the option of ignoring the hidden text
Maybe this is ticked by accident?
