Error message - file contains unexpected contents

Hi, 
 
 Wondering if anyone can help me to open a very important file (docx). I keep getting this error. Other files of same type are fine, just one particular file.

Hello. In my case, the hyperlinks were corrupt. Once deleted inside Word, the problem was solved. To remove hyperlinks, open the Word document, select all and click control+shift+F9. Save and prepare with Studio.
