GroupShare - error message

Question

This is the second issue I have with Trados, and the first one has not been resolved. Now I am unable to connect to the server because "The server is not responding. Please check that the server is available".

This could be for a couple of reasons and would need checking. 
As you have not stated which GS version your client has the following advice is rather generic. 
 
First of all, please double check that your log in credentials are correct and that you are using the correct Studio version 
-you may need to speak to your client to ensure that they have not made any GS (2017) updates and that you are still added to the correct projects. 
 
If this all seems in order, then you may need to check your AV (antivirus/firewall0 to ensure the connection is being permitted as a trusted site.
