Hello ! ich arbeite mit Studio Freelance plus. Wie kann ich die Ausgangssprache &auml;ndern auf Deutsch? Deutsch war nicht beim Installieren ausgew&auml;hlt. Danke, JM

 The UI language is selected automatically based on your Windows installation language 
 However you can change this if you prefer to use one of the other supported UI languages.

I'm afraid you have no choice. Reinstallation is the only way to add languages, or maybe a repair through the windows control panel. This answer to your repeat of this question explains a little better:
