Termbase Viewer

Question

I use SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance and have this morning run the most recent update (SR1 14.1.6413.8). However, when I try to view term details in the Term Recognition window to see the full entry with definitions, contexts, etc., the Termbase Viewer opens without showing anything. Just the message "Loading termbases...", but nothing happens. Any suggestions?

Please can you make sure that you have both of these versions installed: 
 
SDL Trados Studio 2017 SR1 - 14.1.6413.8 
SDL MultiTerm 2017 SR1 - 14.1.2471.5 
 
If you have then perhaps try running a repair on both applications through the Windows Control Panel.
