Imposssible to launch Trados studio 2017

Question

Hello all, 
 When I try to start tradosstudio 2017, the following massage apopears, then tlhe launching stops. I tried to uninstall then reinstall the program but the result is the same. 
 message on scree is :

Have you got resources on an external drive that is not accessible? Try renaming the projects.xml in this location: 
 
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\Documents\Studio 2017\Projects\projects.xml 
 
This will remove all your projects from Studio but won't delete them. If it doesn't help delete the new projects.xml if one gets created and rename the original back to what it was. Then we can look at something else.
