SDL Trados 2017 TTXit does not work

Dear Paul, I do not know it may be my computer, but ttx it does not open on my sdl trados 2017. May you help me with this problem?

I'd recommend you don't use this program. Frankly I wish it was not delivered with Studio in the first place. Download this application and use it instead: 
 
 appstore.sdl.com/.../ 
 
This application has more options and it creates a properly segmented TTX file ensuring a more robust round trip.... which TTXit does not.
