Studio 2017 Alignment: freezing when importing segments

Question

Trados Studio 2017 Alignment: freezing when importing segments 
 Freezing with the sentence &ldquo;Importing segments into specified translation memory [Finishing]" 
 
 When pressing &ldquo;Cancel&rdquo; the cancellation process starts but also freezes. The program has to be aborted with task manager.

I can't be sure, but perhaps try disabling the fragment matching as this seems to be impacting many TM operations.
