TM and concordance not showing matches

Question

Hello, 
 I have an issue with my TM and Trados Studio 2015. I was translating a file and felt like I have done this before, so I looked over my old files and found the exact document. I am not getting any matches for it, there are matches from previous user of this TM but not mine. Settings are set so that it shows most recent matches first but it doesn't seem to show any of my matches. It doesn't happen always but still often enough and rewriting 1500 words every time is waste of my time. I can also open both projects in editor and copy and paste segments from one to another. 
 
 Any suggestions?

The things to check if you are not getting matches for work you have done are these: 
 
1. Make sure you have checked the "Update" box in your TM settings. Easy to work without updating your TM as you go. 
2. See if you were using a Project TM and now you are looking in your Main TM which doesn't contain the work because you didn't run the "Update Main TM" batch task after completing the job. This is only required if you use Project TMs 
3. Make sure you are looking at the right TM. I have seen many users creating duplicate TMs and not realising they were not always working with the one they thought they were.
