SDL TRADOS 2015 SR3 freeze

Question

Hi! Trados 2015 SR3 freeze when I try to confirm a translation unit. I need to use Task Manager to close the application. It is happening very often. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hello Hector, this could also be caused by an antivirus update. Maybe try switching your AV off for a short while and test again?

I know this sounds silly, but can you try closing down your computer and restart it? If that doesn't help then do a reset. Rename this folder (just add _old to the end or something, it's not important what you rename it to) and restart Studio: 
 
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\12.0.0.0
