LTB-1993 defect raised - merged segments in framemaker files leading to error in target files

An LTB case has been raised following our issue to SDL Support about failed generation of target MIF where 2 segments were merged during translation.

I did not try with other markup languages thought.

Thanks Matteo, maybe worth clarifying that statement though. I believe the problem is it failed to save target content when two segments containing AFrame tags have been merged. So is hopefully unlikely to be a simple any two segments in other filetypes or this one.

Correct, it's about not dealing with the resulting extra frame reference tag
