Formatting does not active in Editor ribbon

Hi everybody! 
 When opening the package from the custome I see formatting options deactivated in the Formatting section of the Editor ribbon. How to activate this bottons. 
 See. attachment. I select with black line.

You mentioned it was a package. Can you save the target get file? I'm wondering if the DOCX filetype used to create this file is not the one you have on your system which could cause this problem, and would prevent you saving target too.

This is exactly the reason why. He can still translate the file, use formatting tags from the source etc. But things like the QuickInserts (formatting controls) and Save Target will not be possible.
