Also ensure that you have 2015 SP2 installed (which should be the case if you have only just reinstalled).

I have the same issue and my studio 2019 crashes everytime i try to log in. I run windows 7 professional, and as far as im concerned, it is supported.

What exactly are you doing when Studio crashes?

Can you post the full error stack?

Its also worth noting that whilst Windows 7 is still supported- it must have the latest Service Packs installed.

Windows 7 will no longer be supported from early next year by Microsoft, which means we also will need to drop Windows 7 as a supported OS.
