I get "Der Wert darf nicht Null sein. Parametername: key" when trying to add a single termbase

Good evening here in Europe,

See error stack attached. I get this when trying to add a single FR (France, I think? But they mustn't be locale-sensitive, normally) to ENUK termbase to our FRCH to ENUK project, i.e. doing it one at a time, extra carefully.

This termbase was created using a recent version of MultiTerm. I get this when trying  to add other termbases of the same locale, too.

    It seems the RWS Support Agent cannot help much. He says he cannot replicate the issue, which is one I keep getting everytime with this project, and can only offer to reorganize individual termbases, which might take just too long for meeting the other job's deadline of Thursday EOB CET, which job is much more time-critical than this one, and does require use of termbases content-wise. Have ya'll got any ideas? Our own idea is to try setting up the new project with the same locale as the termbases, i.e. FR-France to EN-UK.
