I've been trying to import memoq termbase into MultiTerm for years but zero words were always imported. Can anybody helped me to resolve this issue?
To import terminology from memoQ to MultiTerm, export the termbase as tbx or Excel. Import of xml fails, as your termbase definition most certainly does not match the xml file structure.

In addition to what Jerzy said, which is absolutely correct, you might find that the Glossary Converter can convert your XML to a MultiTerm Termbase. It definitely isn't the right way to do this, but the Glossary Converter can make a pretty good guess at what the definition should be based on the content of the XML. It's not going to be a perfect result because it'll only be guaranteed for that specific XML and another XML export might contain something that won't fit, but for one-off exercises it could be useful, especially if all you have is the XML. TBX is the best bet.

Many thanks for the useful information. I already could successfully import termbase from memoq simply by activating the corresponding boxes. But import from Trados into memoq is also a topic for me.
Export MultiTerm termbase to TBX. memoQ will "eat" this with no hassle.

But import from Trados into memoq is also a topic for me.
Similarly easy, as long as you know what memoQ is looking for. Given they have a pretty rigid structure the easiest way is probably Excel (csv) but a TBX will most likely work too as long as your MultiTerm definition is fairly basic. Glossary Converter is again your goto tool for this.
