When I try to download MultiTerm Extract 16.1.1.541 (2021) I get the error below.

Did you read this big and obvious message on the AppStore?

Hi, I managed to connect to the integrated AppStore on Trados 2022.
However, whenever I try to download Multiterm Extract from it, I get an error message saying that I should be logged in to Language Cloud. I am logged in both on Trados and on my browsers (default: Chrome, but also IE, as it seems to be linked to Trados).
Is this because Multiterm Extract is version 2021 whereas I have Multiterm 2022 installed?
I am able to download and install other plug-ins.

You can take MultiTerm Extract from here: https://appstore.rws.com/plugin/109/
This morning we added a new version to support 2022 so I think this will be more relevant to your needs.

Hi, I guess it is time to ask for another update on the Multiterm Extract product. Are you planning to add support for Multiterm 2024 anytime soon?

I checked today and found out that Multiterm Extract has now support for Multiterm 2024 (https://appstore.rws.com/plugin/109/). Thanks!
As in the previous version, however, the program often gets stuck when selecting certain rows. Closing and opening Extract as well as pressing ESC solve it, but it is still annoying.
By the way, Multiterm Extract also has a problem with character encodings. Interface languages other that English are wrongly shown as ANSI, but the language files are in UTF-8. So you need to either convert the Lng files to ANSI or add support in MtExtract for UTF-8.
