Object reference not set to an instance of an object when trying to add a term to termbase

Question

Hello, 
 I encounter the error mentioned above when trying to add a term to my termbases (this happens with all termbases since I updated Multiterm). 
 
 I have the 2019 installation. 
 I've already tried to 
 - pin and un-pin the termbase window that is opened when adding a term 
 - repair my SDL and Multiterm installation 
 - reset my windows layout in SDL 
 - change the layout in multiterm form default to flag 
 
 None of these steps resolved the problem. 
 Do you have other suggestions?

Hi Paul, 
 
 thank you very much for your answer. I checked if there are updates available in SDL but it told me that there are no updates (although I have the previous version SR1). 
 I changed the settings to automatic update and this morning it gave me the possibility to update my SDL versione. 
 NOW IT WORKS :-)

 This is most likely due to you not having matching versions of Studio and MutiTerm installed. Can you make sure you have these versions installed please? 
 SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 - 15.2.5.2145 
 SDL MultiTerm 2019 - 15.0.5.56289

Trados Studio > 4. MultiTerm
