This language pair is not available yet.  You can find the list of available language pairs here:

You might be better off using Google for this, there is a built in Google MT Provider available for this language pair which you can select in Studio 2015.  You will need to get the Google API key though and there is a price attached to this based on words translated, but I think this could be one of the few ways to find MT support for this particular language pair.

I think you just need to make sure you have the language pair you want in your list, so I just added Romanian to my list here:

Now when I add SDL Language Cloud I have any engines that are available to me listed and the Romanian one is there:

Can you try that and see whether this works for you?

Thank you very much for your kind reply.
Everything you said worked, so I took a random file to translate from Eng to Romanian, and it looks like in the screenshot:



So it translates sentence by sentence but I saw on YouTube tutorials that it should display the whole translation in the right side of the text to be translated but yet right now I have to write it all. It only translates sentence by sentence.

Is this normal?

Hi Cornelia,

First off... I put your image in so we could see it.  Maybe take a look at this article which explains how to use the community for posting etc...

On your technical issue... this is just a setting which you need to apply so that MT is applied during pre-translation if there are no TM matches.  So do this:

1. Make sure your Project Settings have this checked:
   
   
   
2. Then run the pre-translate batch task on your files.  So you can do an entire project in one go like this

Just on this bit Cornelia... even like you are working you should be able to apply the MT translation to your segment without having to write it all.  Try Ctrl+T or Ctrl+1 (as it's the first result in the list).
