I confess that it's less than optimal but here's how you can change your account:

1. Go to File/Options to display the Options dialog
2. Navigate to Language Pairs / All Language Pairs / Translation Memory and Automated Translation
3. Bring up the SDL Language Cloud settings dialog:
   1. If you don't have SDL Language Cloud in the list of servers then Add it using the Add button
   2. If you do have SDL Language Cloud in the list of servers then highlight it and click Settings...
4. In the bottom left corner of the SDL Language Cloud settings dialog there's a "Switch Account" button

You could also try this:

1. Exit Studio
2. Use [Windows Key]+E to start Explorer
3. In the address bar type the following and hit [Enter] : %APPDATA%\SDL
4. Delete the LanguageCloud.bin file in that folder
5. Re-start Studio

That should make Studio "forget" your connection to SDL Language Cloud and you'll need to log in again.

Hi David,
I know this discussion is ancient history in IT terms, but does your solution still apply nowadays (I've just updated to Trados 2019 and LC isn't working, despite the account being paid-up and active).

Edited a few minutes later:

Sorted! The file has changed its name slightly and can now be found at C:\Users\[Name]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\LanguageCloudMachineTranslation.bin

I just changed its name to "old_LanguageCloudMachineTranslation.bin" and proceeded as per your original instructions.
